Disciple was formed in 1992 by high school friends Kevin Young, Brad Noah, and Tim Barrett. The band released their first CD, What Was I Thinking in 1995. Disciple was signed by Slain Records, who produced Disciple's following release.
In 1997, Disciple released the five-song EP, My Daddy Can Whip Your Daddy. In 1999, they were still signed with Slain Records with whom they released their second full-length album, This Might Sting a Little. This album garnered them two GMA Dove Award nominations and two #1 Christian rock hit songs.
In 2000, the band released their third studio album titled By God which went on to win the Inspirational Life Award in 2001. By God earned them two number one Christian rock hits, and two Dove Awards nominations.
They released Back Again in 2003, which earned two number one Christian rock hits. Kevin Young agreed with the album being called the band's "Back in Black" album in a 2008 radio interview with The Full Armor of God Broadcast.[5] In October 2003 Disciple added bassist Joey Fife to the trio.
Disciple signed with INO Records and released their self-titled Disciple in 2005. This album featured three number one Christian rock hits, and two Dove Awards nominations.
They released Scars Remain, on November 7, 2006. The song "After the World" was the eighth most played song on Christian Hit Radio stations in 2007.[6] Scars Remain, the album, has so far earned one number one Christian rock hit and two Dove Awards nominations.
On January 8, 2008, Kevin announced in a "Disciple: The Alliance" email that Brad and Joey were stepping down as band members. However, Kevin said that Brad "has decided to still be a part of the songwriting process and even play on the recordings." He also mentioned that "the songs that [Brad] has been writing for the new Disciple project are somewhere between hard rock and southern rock."[7][not in citation given] Also in that announcement was the addition of two new band members, Andrew Welch on guitar, and Israel Beachy on bass. With a new line-up, Disciple set off on the Cross the Line Tour with Superchick in March 2008. In April 2008, the band also announced the addition of Micah Sannan on guitar as well.
They released Southern Hospitality on October 21, 2008. Also in 2008, the band appeared on WWE The Music, Vol. 8, providing the track "In the Middle of It Now" as the entrance theme for wrestlers Curt Hawkins and Zack Ryder.
On April 28, 2010 Disciple announced a new album on RadioU. The new album is called Horseshoes and Hand Grenades and was released on September 14. However, fans could have purchased and downloaded the digital album prior to the release at their website They recently revealed that they are re-recording the album's lead single, "Dear X (You Don't Own Me)", with Howard Benson.[8] They also revealed that they are accompanying Thousand Foot Krutch on their Welcome To The Masquerade tour, and afterwards tour with RED on their Nothing & Everything tour. They also had a tour with Ivoryline and Emery. They had their headline Rules of Engagement Tour with Project 86 and Write this Down in early 2011. Later, they joined Kutless and Newsboys on the Born Again Experience tour.

As the third release on the band's Team Black Recordings label, Knives to the Future will also be distributed by New Day/Selecto Hits and will once again be available in stores nationwide.

After a highly successful Indiegogo campaign where fan support nearly doubled their goal, P86 has been busy in the studio preparing their 12-track full length and have recorded 4 additional acoustic songs. When asked about the latest installment from P86, lead singer Andrew Schwab commented, "This record is a continuation thematically of where we left off with Wait for the Siren. It tells the story of a soldier post-battle who has forgotten where he came from or who he is. The album is about a search for truth and destiny through rediscovering secrets hidden in your past. Sonically it is heavy, deeply emotional, desperate, and very personal. I'm very proud of what has been accomplished both with the fans and the music in this recent chapter." On top of a busy fall touring schedule the guys will also be filming a music video and Andrew Schwab is set to release a new companion workbook for "The Tin Soldiers" along with a 3-song digital single of his new electronic project, London Six Echo.

Random Hero
Random Hero
Random Hero is billed nationally as a positive message active rock band from Denver, CO. But, truthfully, they are so much more than that. For eight years, Random Hero has built a ministry through music. The bands foundation is firmly rooted in faith, and as such, each member has dedicated themselves to bringing a clear message of hope, without being preachy or churchy, to those who otherwise may not hear it.

Starting in the Summer of 2012, Random Hero hit the Billboard National Christian Rock Charts as few unsigned bands ever get the chance to do. Their single "Breakdown" debuted at #28 and in just a few short weeks, found its way into the top ten. Breakdown peaked at #4 and remained on the charts for six months...Most of that time spent in the top 10. The single continued to remain comfortably in the top 10 on the recurrent charts for another 5 months. The band's second single from the Breakdown EP, "Freak Show", also charted in the top 25. Random Hero's latest single "Mercy" entered the charts in mid August of 2013 and quickly found itself resting at #4 on the Billboard Christian Rock Charts.

Random Hero has released three EP projects. To date, the band has sold thousands of copies and in fact, just sold out of their most recent EP project "Breakdown EP" which was produced by Ben Kasica of the band Skillet.

The band released their first full-length album in late July of 2013. The self-produced project titled "Carry Me, Bury Me" featured twelve new songs, including some of the most popular songs Random Hero performs during their live set. In the first 45 days, "Cary Me, Bury Me" sold more physical copies than any other Random Hero project. To date, the band has sold not only thousands of hard copies, but has also broken records in digital sales.

In November of 2013, Random Hero signed a contract with RED CORD RECORDS (In Association with SONY & VICTORY). The band spent a month at the RCR studio in Chicago starting February 2014 to record their label debut called "Oceans of Change". The bands latest album "Oceans of Change" released in mid August of this year, and has already surpassed the previous albums in sales. The first single off the album "Burn Up The Night" debuted on both mainstream and Christian radio and is expected to work it way far up the charts. In September of 2014, PANDO RECORDS (In Association with ADA/Warner Music) purchased the Random Hero contract.

Random Hero has performed on main stages and premium stages at the country's top festivals both Christian and secular for the past eight years. The band has performed multiple times on the Vans Warped Tour, for portions of the ESPN Winter X-Games, AMA Motocross, and Go Fast Extreme Games. For 2014, the band has had their busiest schedule to date with over 100 shows. Random Hero completed a national US Tour in May, and they continued into the very busy festival season from June through September. The band is slated for multiple national tours from January through May of 2015 and will once again perform on the Summer Christian Festival Circuit.
