Other studios may
have more gear, but we have more experienced engineers and we will match or
beat anyone's price.
large, comfortable control room - easy to do overdubs in
many rooms/hallways throughout the facility, small and large - can get lots
of cool, unique, natural sounds
our main tracking room has a soft .7 second reverb decay, if you want that
large roomy sound. great for drums and choirs and string ensembles.
track your
Door show live!! split snake feeds from The Door main stage or theatre stage.
Our gear
list isn't huge, but what we have - we like. We don't use stuff we don't want
to use. There is no "second string" gear in our studio, plus you can't beat
our rooms - huge sounds!!

thanks man, it wouldn't
have sounded great if it wasn't for your awesome skills! you made it
comfortable and fun, and that made it so much easier to get it done
right. seriously, we loved it...if we could find the money, we'd come
back out and do three more...or maybe even more than that...but we're
broke homies.
as far as mix changes go, i personally don't know of much...i think clint
had a couple things...i'll try to pull a list together...if there's
anything, it's not much...it sounds awesome already. i'll get you a list
by monday...like i said, we probably won't have anything that you haven't
already changed...so we're probably pretty good. can't wait for the final
copies! woo!

| Joel
is extremely easy to work in all aspects of recording. He is patient and
flexible with all ideas offered and also won't hesitate to add input as
well. He helped us nail the sounds we were looking for within the budget
and time space allotted. We are
very pleased with the outcome of the project. Professional quality at an
affordable price is hard to come by these days...and finding someone that
has the experience and know-how that Joel has is rare to find in the D/FW
area...especially considering the price. Anyone looking for great quality
at a logical price rate should check out The Door Recording Studios.

Damn
Garth, that sounded badass. I am extremely impressed with track 2. I love
the tone you put on my bass man. So hard and funky and dirty. I love the
vocal effects. I love that whisper on 'my wings'. I love everything about
that song. You did an excellent job. I'm gonna send it in to the local
show on 102.1. I doubt it'll get played, but I'll let you know if it
does. It has the quality musically speaking to be on the radio. They all
have the recording quality to be on the radio.
Thanks so much Garth. You did an excellent job.
